Ministry staff will present design details of planned improvements for the Sooke Road-Idlemore Road intersetion on June 23 at Saseenos Elementary
An information session on planned improvements for the intersection of Sooke Road (Highway 14) and Idlemore Road in Sooke is set for June 23.
The session will be held from 4-7 p.m. in the gymnasium of Saseenos Elementary School at 6066 Sooke Rd., the Ministry of Transportation said.
Ministry staff will be on hand to present design details and other information about the plan, which is meant to increase safety and enhance traffic flow.
Work at the intersection will also improve access to the school and support future economic development for the T’Sou-ke First Nation, the ministry said.
