Time is running out to recognize and thank the exceptional emerging leaders who are making an impact in British Columbia’s business community.

Nominations for the 2025BIVForty under 40 Awards close June 30.

The awards program, now in its 36th year, recognizes B.C.’s most outstanding young entrepreneurs, executives and professionals under the age of 40. For over three decades, the program has highlighted individuals who demonstrate excellence in their fields, contribute significantly to their communities and show immense potential for continued success.

As in past years, the 2025 awards program seeks to celebrate individuals with remarkable career achievements; who demonstrate innovation, vision and leadership; and who prioritize giving back to their organizations, industries and communities.

BIV’s full eligibility and judging criteria is availablehere. Nominees must be 39 years of age on December 31, 2025. They must reside in British Columbia and conduct most of their work and other activities in the province.

Two weeks remain to put forward a colleague, mentee, client or partner for an award that not only provides well-deserved recognition, but connects recipients with a powerful network of approximately1,400 past award recipients.
